These terms govern the use of the website weburl.be, published by the Institut Belge de Cybersécurité Citoyenne ASBL (CBE 1039.889.191) for its WEBURL service. By using the site, you accept them.

The site is free to access without registration. We may interrupt it for maintenance, updates or a security incident without any right to compensation.

Service descriptions, indicative timeframes (“from 3 months”, “10 days”, etc.) and examples published on the site are for information only. They are not a binding offer. Every engagement is set out in a quote or written agreement specifying scope, price, service level and responsibilities; only that document binds the parties.

The site’s forms prepare an e-mail in your mail app; sending it remains your decision. Please do not send us passwords, access keys or sensitive data by unencrypted e-mail: we will agree on a secure channel together if the engagement requires it.

It is forbidden to attempt unauthorised access to the site or the infrastructure hosting it, to disrupt its operation, to extract its content in an automated and massive way, or to use it to distribute unlawful content. Vulnerabilities discovered in good faith can be reported to us (see the legal notice).

The site’s content remains the property of its publisher. You may share a link to a page or quote a short extract, naming WEBURL and the page address.
